Josiah Keane is an award-winning writer, producer, and strategist with 24 years of experience leading communications across political and public relations campaigns. He has developed and executed messaging for ballot initiatives, public affairs efforts, corporate advocacy, and candidate campaigns throughout the United States.

As Messaging and Creative Director at Swing Strategies, Josiah blends narrative storytelling with disciplined strategy — crafting impactful campaigns across direct mail, digital, radio, and television. His work has earned dozens of Pollie Awards from the American Association of Political Consultants, including Best Overall Mail Campaign in the Ballot Measure category, as well as multiple Telly Awards for excellence in video and television content.

Josiah is known for building persuasive messages rooted in research, identifying swing voter universes, and delivering creative that resonates across diverse audiences. Whether the goal is to pass a policy, protect a brand, or shape public opinion, he creates campaigns that connect emotionally and drive results.

He holds a Bachelor of Science from California State University, Sacramento, and lives in Rocklin with his wife, Kari, and their two daughters.
