With over two decades of experience in competitive political campaigns, Chris Marsh is an expert in managing complex challenges and winning tough battles. His decade-long tenure in the California State Legislature has provided him with a deep understanding of local, state, and national policy landscapes – an invaluable asset for Swing’s clients navigating California’s intricate regulatory environment.

At Swing Strategies, Chris works with a broad portfolio of clients — ranging from statewide industry associations to high-profile corporations.

Before joining Swing Strategies, Chris played a pivotal role in numerous state and congressional campaigns. His experience includes consulting on statewide voter registration initiatives and providing strategic guidance on redistricting efforts.

Chris attended the University of California, Santa Barbara. A North County San Diego native, he currently resides in Encinitas, where, when not in the offices or out in the field, he can often be found surfing or pursuing his passion for international travel – having visited over 30 countries, with many more still on his list.
