Josiah Keane is an award-winning writer and producer with nearly 20 years of political advertising experience. He has developed and implemented messaging strategies for ballot measure, candidate, and public affairs campaigns throughout the United States.

At Swing Strategies, Josiah weaves rich storytelling into effective direct mail, radio, digital, and television advertisements. His work has won dozens of Pollie Awards from the American Association of Political Consultants, including best overall mail campaign in the ballot measure category. 

A skilled political strategist, Josiah crafts winning messages, dives into survey research, and hones in on swing target audiences — creating a roadmap to victory. Josiah unearths persuadable universes within diverse voter groups, and develops creative voter contact that delivers a compelling message with an emotional appeal. 

Josiah graduated from California State University, Sacramento with a Bachelor of Science degree and lives in Rocklin with his wife, Kari, and their two daughters.
